Our state-of-the-art equipment covers a wide range of manufacturing services, including precision thermoforming, laser trimming, heat sealing, and in-line trimming, punching, and printing. These capabilities provide us with the tools to create an impressive array of products, including thermoformed shapes from elastomeric films for healthcare products and medical devices. Our machinery is especially designed to handle these types of flexible films as thin as 0.001". We also work with high performance engineering films that provide high dielectric strength and heat / chemical resistance. These films are used to create parts for products including electronic circuit boards, acoustic equipment, and many others. Our specially designed equipment accommodates a vast array of materials, some of which include rigid materials like HIPS, ABS, HDPE, PP, PBT, PEI, and flexible materials like LLDPE, EVA, and Nylon-based multi-layer films.
